At Zodiac Pharma, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be provided.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive an incorrect product
  • The product is missing from your order

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (images or video).

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and health-related products, the following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds after delivery unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Customers are requested to check the package at the time of delivery where possible.

Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (where applicable)
  • In some cases, a replacement product may be sent instead of a refund

Replacement Policy

  • Approved replacements will be dispatched within 3โ€“5 business days
  • No additional shipping charges will apply for approved replacement cases

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side
  • Return shipping (if applicable) will be covered by Zodiac Pharma only for approved cases
