Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical and health-related products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is incorrect

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (clear images or video).

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange or replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered

Once approved, the exchange will be processed without any additional charges.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery
